WHY WE NEED YOU ! 
We noticed that in Cameroon, the effects of Climate Changes are more visible in the Northen part of the country. And therefore, the most affected Social stratum always remains the Elderly, the Women and the Children. 6 Death on 10 are bound to Climate Change. So, we decided to accompany voluntarily the Vulnerable people to adapt itself to this new Situation. A Contribution from you, could save a Life, even Several.

OUR PROJECT IN FEW WORDS
The Program " Voluntary 100% for the Environment" is an initiative of ARPE Associatio, which at the young people of the Adamawa Region till sceptical, in operating act which aim at protecting the Environment . For the purpose, 35 young people and volunteers will be beforehand formed on the Methods of Sustainable management of natural Resources and on the Technics of Mass communications. Then they make a descent on the ground to operate the activities bound to purification, to the raising awareness on the Environmental stakes work of general interest and the reforestation in the Urban and Rural areas of the Adamawa and its Neighborhood.
JUSTIFICATION OF OUR PROJECT
Africa is one of the most important reservoirs of the Planet. These resources provide several ranges of ecological fonctions essential to the World population on the Sanitary and Nutritional plan. Nevertherless, our Climate is always threatining because she deteriorates more quickly than planned, because of the human activities and in the sum of the world ecological footprint. Such pressure does not pass without consequences in the Adamawa Region. Rain is not more falling, when it is necessary to rain, It is raining, when it should not rain. The Agricultural Calendars are modified, the seasons are disrupted. So the lack of means which is observe to Ngaoundere prevent the population from adapting itself to this new Situation.

POURQUOI ON A BESOIN DE VOUS.
Nous avons constatés que qu'au Cameroun les effets du Changement Climatique sont plus visibles dans la Partie Septentrionale du Pays. Et de ce fait, la Couche vulnérable reste toujours les Personnes âgées, les Femmes et les Enfants. 6 décès sur 10 sont liés plus où moins au Changement Climatique. Ainsi, on a décidé d'accompagner la Population vulnérable à s'adapter à cette nouvelle Situation. Une contribution de votre part pourrait sauver une vie voire plusieurs vies.
NOTRE PROJET EN QUELQUES MOTS.
Le Programme " 100% VOLONTAIRE POUR L'ENVIRONNEMENT" est une initiative de ARPE Association, qui vise à susciter chez les Jeunes de la Region de l'Adamaoua encore sceptique, à opérer les actes qui visent à protéger l'Environnement. Pour cela, 35 Jeunes Volontaires seront formés au préalable, sur les Methodes de gestion durable des Ressources Naturelles et sur les Methodes de communication de Masse. Ensuite, Ils effectueront une descente sur le Terrain pour participer au travaux d'interêt général, de sensibilisation sur les Enjeux Environnementaux et du Reboisement dans les Zones Urbaines et Rurales de l'Adamaoua et ses Environs.
JUSTIFICATION DU PROJET.
L'Afrique est l'un des Reservoirs des Ressources Naturelles les plus importants de la Planètes. Ces Ressources offrent plusieurs gammes de fonctions Ecologiques indispensables à la Population Mondiale sur le plan Sanitaire et Nutritionnel. Néanmoins, notre Planète se trouve toujours ménacée, car elle se déteriore plus rapidement que prevu, en raison des Activités humaines et à la somme de l'Empreinte écologique mondiale. Une telle pression ne passe pas sans consequence dans la region de l'Adamaoua. Aujourd'hui, il ne pleut plus quand il faut pleuvoir, il pleut quand il ne faut pas pleuvoir. Les Saisons sont perturbées, le Calendrier Agricole modifié. Ainsi, le manque de moyen observé dans la Region, empêche la population de s'adapter à cette nouvelle situation. C'est ainsi qu'on a décidé de travailler volontairement, pour venir en aide à la Population Vulnérable.
OBJECTIF GENERAL
Accompagner la Population Vulnérable de l'Adamaoua dans m'adaptation aux effets néfastes du Changement Climatique.
QUI SOMMES NOUS ?
ARPE Association, entendu comme "Action pour le Respect et la Protection de l'Environnement" est est une jeune Association basée à Ngaoundéré au Cameroun qui régroupe plusieurs Jeunes. L'Association voit le jour en 2010 et est légalisée en 2016 sous le Numero N°01/RDA/H.52/SAAJP du 07/01/2016.  à Ngaoundéré au CAMEROUN
